THE MESS THE DAY AFTER:  Garbage abandoned by visitors at the Bagbag Public Cemetery piles up on All Souls' Day, which has been decried by the EcoWaste Coalition as a blatant form of disrespect to both the living and the dead and to Mother Earth, too.
